Fab Ab February Challenge

I was on pinterest, my new favorite place to be, and came across the Fab Ab February.

The concept is for the whole month of February you will do a set amounts of situps, pushups, and planks every day except Sunday. 

I've decided to add this to my running routine and will start today with Day 1 which is 10 sit-ups, 4 push-ups, and 10s plank and Day 2 which is 15 sit-ups, 5 push-ups, and 15s plank. 

I'm game for the challenge, are you?  I'll be posting a before picture tonight and then an after picture on Wednesday, Feb. 29 to see if the results.
