Back-to-back post because this one got really long. My training for this final week before the half marathon isn't to crazy.
Monday - 3 miles (will be ran this afternoon because it was foggy this morning and I'm not a fan of running in fog because of my glasses)
Tuesday - 3 miles (My sister has picked up running and since I have a meeting tomorrow with Bug's teachers, she has agreed to run with me. She runs a lot slower than me, so this will be a good slow run)
Wednesday - 5 miles with 3 at an 8:00ish pace
Thursday - abs class
Friday - Rest
Saturday -HALF MARATHON NO. 3 (13.1)
Sunday - Rest
