Day two of tracking my foodage.
Breakfast: Egg McMuffin with hash brown and a diet coke. The egg mcmuffin had 300 calories. Not sure on the hashbrown.
Lunch: Fried Chicken Salad with Ranch Dressing from Zaxby's. Of course Diet Coke. I didn't eat all or even half of the salad. For some reason, the past couple of times I've gotten it, it just hasn't been that great. Not sure what is going on there.
Dinner:
Snacks: Nutri Grain Bar (Strawberry). One bar has 130 calories.
Water: 2 bottle
