Just not blogging as much because I really have nothing to say. A couple of weeks back I hit 14 miles in my training and then my right hip basically told me to shut and sit the F down. So I did. I'm not taking any chances on it and will attempt to run a good solid long run of around 2 to 3 hours this weekend, if my hip doesn't bother me.
I haven't stopped working out though. I've been teaching spin classes here and there and have been hitting Insanity like my life depends on it.
If this weekend's run doesn't go as planned then I'm just going to do the half marathon. I know without a doubt I'm half marathon ready.
I'm already planning a fall marathon, if this one doesn't happen, because I think I train better during the summer months than winter months. So I'll let you guys know if I make it to the starting line of the marathon or if I drop down and do the half marathon. No worries though, 2012 will be the year I run a full marathon.
