My Thursday three is this:
- Clean off my desk here at work before I leave at 5:30. It looks as though I haven't filed a single paper in the 8 years I've been working here and that's not entirely true. I do file my paperwork, its just that most of the time I can't find the files because someone has put it in the wrong place or it's in the attic or the storage unit. I hate attics so I try not to go up there and let all that paperwork pile up until the other secretary gets up there and then I dump all my stuff on her to put away.
- Get all the clothes folded and put away at home. I love washing the clothes, don't mind transferring them into the dryer, but dang it for the life of me I have a hard time trying to get said clothes folded and put up in their proper place. I could live out of my laundry basket if my hubs let me.
- Get the girls' room cleaned and get all the floors vacuumed
As for the exercising front, I did nothing this morning. I know I said I was going to go to the gym and ride the bike or ride mine around the neighborhood but it felt so great to sleep in and I just went with what felt great. I wasn't upset with myself because after I got home from work last night I mowed the front yard and that is an exercise in itself.
Have a wonderful Thursday all.
I am actually reading the Short Second Life of Bree Tanner by Stephanie Meyer than I plan on reading Eclipse again before the movie comes out. I am kind of addicted to the books. Also I am with you with the laundry I have 3 baskets full of clean folded clothes I have been living out of all week. :)
ReplyDeleteToday is a big laundry day for me too, I HATE folding and putting away! At the moment I've been flipping through Marathoning for Mortals as well as the Runner's Guide to Road Racing that I got from the library in an effort to put together my own training plan. I was thinking about reading Eclipse again though before the movie. Problem with that is then the laundry will never get done! :)
ReplyDeleteI don't really want to read the book again before the movie. I read Twilight and then watched the movie and was so DISAPPOINTED. I basically had to force myself to sit through it and watch it. Now with New Moon, I loved it. Being the fact that I didn't read the book and then watch the movie helped. It also helped that they didn't deter to far from the book. I know that movies are not ever going to be exactly like the book.
ReplyDeleteAs for me I've had a basket of clothes sitting on my couch for who knows how long and I have yet to fold them. For some reason I keep folding the newer clothes that come through the wash and that basket just sits there. I'm tackling that basket tonight.
